**APPLICATION REQUIREMENT**
1. Applicants must have verifiable, total gross income of 2.5 times the amount of the rent to qualify.
2. Must have good credit. A minimum of a 500 FICO credit score. We do run credit checks that will show all collections, judgments, tax liens, bankruptcies, evictions, and any past due invoices or landlord debt in addition to background check.
3. You must have at least 2 yrs. of verifiable rental history with a landlord other than friend or family member.
4. You must be at your job a minimum of six months or in the same line of work or field, with proof of income: (2) months of paystubs will be required.
